With an extensive background in both medicine and fitness, I know what it takes to fuel your body for optimum performance, whether you spend your days chasing after your kids or hitting PR’s in the gym. As a mother of two, I understand the importance of nourishing your whole self, to feel good, grounded, and strong.
For over 20 years, I was stuck in a cycle of dieting, restriction, and chasing a body that never felt “enough.” I believed confidence would come when the number on the scale went down — but even when it did, I didn’t feel free.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to shrink myself and started fueling my body instead. Learning how to eat with balance, build muscle, and train for strength not only transformed my body composition — it gave me confidence, energy, and joy I hadn’t felt in years.
That’s why I created The Pio Method. The name comes from “pioneer” — because this is about opening a new way forward. A way out of diet culture and into strength, freedom, and ownership of your body.
Today, my mission is to help individuals find confidence not just in how their body looks, but in how it’s fueled, cared for, and respected. Through macros, strength training, and mentorship, I help my clients build their strongest body, become their truest self, and belong to a community that pulls them forward.
